Emerging tablet news and information services like Flipboard, Pulse and others are proving an incredible companion to business and consulting executives in staying current with industry changes occurring around them. Believe It Or Not: Justin Bieber Unveils Album Cover!

Pop star tweets standard and deluxe album covers for June 19 release, cryptically telling fans, 'expect the unexpected.'
By Katie Byrne

<P><P>Judging by the cover art for <a href="/music/artist/bieber_justin/artist.jhtml">Justin Bieber</a>'s <i>Believe</i> album, the 18-year-old pop star is well aware of one of his best assets: his boyish good looks. The cover, which Bieber <a href="https://twitter.com/#!/justinbieber/status/196005439043928065" target="_blank">tweeted</a> on Friday evening (April 27), is simply a black-and-white close-up of his face with the word "BELIEVE" stamped in a yellow caution-tape font underneath. </P><P> </P><P>"Here is the #BELIEVEalbumCover standard version," he tweeted, <a href="https://twitter.com/#!/justinbieber/status/196006318425915392" target="_blank">followed</a> by a second tweet that included a sepia-toned version of the same image: "and this is the DELUXE #BELIEVEalbumCover - #52DAYS - excited? expect the unexpected." </P><P> </P><P><embed src="http://media.mtvnservices.com/mgid:uma:video:mtv.com:754722/cp~vid%3D754722%26uri%3Dmgid%3Auma%3Avideo%3Amtv.com%3A754722" width="460" height="260" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowFullScreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" base="."></embed> </P><P> </P><P>After posting the <i>Believe</i> album cover on Friday, Bieber <a href="https://twitter.com/#!/julieannxoxo/status/196007330838626305" target="_blank">retweeted</a> one fan's over-the-top reaction to the artwork: "That awkward moment when I almost ran over a lady and hit the car in front of me cuz I saw the #BELIEVEAlbumCover lololol," @julieannxoxo wrote. </P><P> </P><P><a href="/news/articles/1683335/justin-bieber-believe-the-voice.jhtml">Bieber just revealed the June 19 <i>Believe</i> release date</a> last week on "The Voice," also bringing along a teaser from his yet-unreleased "Boyfriend" video. Even after revealing that sneak peek, <a href="/news/articles/1683642/justin-bieber-boyfriend-music-video-kiss.jhtml">Bieber was spotted shooting new scenes</a> for the highly anticipated video, kissing a mystery brunette (hey, that's not Selena!) on set. </P><P> </P><P>"The concept of this video, I mean, it's not like a steady concept," <a href="/news/articles/1682156/justin-bieber-explains-boyfriend-video.jhtml">Bieber told MTV News</a> while shooting the video back in March. "It's not like 'Justin follows this girl to this spot.' No, it's a bunch of amazing scenes: like a fire scene, we have an ice scene. </P><P> </P><P>"It's kind of like bouncing back and forth," he said. Twilio?s European March Continues With Its First Full-Time Hire Outside The U.S. [And Telefonica Loses One]

Twilio LogoTwilio, developer of a VoIP API that is used by companies like eBay, Airbnb and Hulu to add voice services into their consumer apps, has been adding support for European countries as part of its expansion strategy, first the UK and then Austria, Denmark, France, Ireland and Poland. Now Twilio is giving that effort a bit more muscle with the appointment of its first full-time, permanent employee outside the U.S. James Parton is joining the company as its new European marketing director. His hiring is also effectively a jab at the carrier market that Twilio very much has the chance to really disrupt: Parton has been poached from Telefonica, the Spanish mobile powerhouse, where he has most recently been running developer marketing for Telefonica's multi-regional API effort BlueVia, and before that for BlueVia's more local precursor, Litmus at O2 UK.

Katie Price: Engaged to Leandro Penna!

Leandro Penna is set to marry Katie Price.

The voluptuous UK model, who only recently got divorced from Alex Reid, after getting divorced by Peter Andre not long before that, showed off her huge, sparkly, pink, heart-shaped diamond engagement ring this week.

Last night, she tweeted: "Wooo hooo so excited." Woo.

Katie's spokesman confirmed the engagement, telling The Sun: "It's true, they are engaged. Leandro proposed to Katie while they were away skiing recently and she said yes. They told her children but intended to keep it secret for a while."

"They are both very happy. No wedding arrangements have been made and they are both relaxed about that for the time being."

Katie Price and Leandro Penna, a model from Argentina, first met at Elton John's Oscars party last year. The mother of three has certainly been through a roller coaster in the romance department. Let's hope the third time's the charm?
