REJournals reports Atlanta-based broker ARA sold a manufactured housing community in Groveport, Ohio, to October Investment Properties LLC, of Chicago. The 126 homesite Greenfield Estates, an all age community, is sited on 20.5 acres in Groveport, Ohio, 11 miles southeast of downtown Columbus. Established by David Worth in 2001, October specializes in repositioning real estate assets, and has been active in brokering MHCs. ARA National Manufactured Housing Group co-directors Todd Fletcher and Andrew Shih engineered the transaction.
